Prepared for Summit Edge Marketing · Oklahoma City

A new revenue stream, powered by our engine, under your brand.

A white-labeled signal-based outbound engine for Summit Edge Marketing. You keep the client relationship. We run the engine invisibly. Your Oklahoma SMB clients get outbound that beats every generic agency they have ever met, sold to them by you, priced by you, delivered under your name.

01

The revenue layer you do not sell yet.

Summit Edge already sells the full stack of digital marketing to Oklahoma SMBs: branding, web design, SEO, social, direct mail, lead generation. Real service, real transparency, real dedicated account managers. The positioning is strong and the client trust is already built.

The layer you do not sell yet is signal-based outbound. Most of your clients are still hoping their SEO climbs, their ads convert, or their referral network keeps producing. Nobody is emailing the dentist next town over the week their competitor’s website goes down. Nobody is calling the HVAC firm the week its owner files a new LLC. That layer is a new service line, a new retainer, and a new margin category, sold to clients who already trust you.

The move: we build the signal engine. You resell it as a Summit Edge service. Your existing clients get a new upsell. New logos in the pipeline get a differentiator no local competitor has.

02

How white-label works.

The engine is ours. The brand, the client relationship, and the pricing are yours. We are invisible to the end client unless you want us named.

RevSculpt does (invisibly)

The engine

  • Signal wiring: PageSpeed, GBP, social recency, review data, ad-library, state filings, licenses, hiring signals
  • List build and enrichment per vertical + per Oklahoma zip
  • Automated audit generation per prospect (the wedge)
  • Email + LinkedIn sequencing on dedicated infrastructure
  • Reply classification, positives routed to you
  • Reporting: what fired, what sent, what replied, per client
Summit Edge does

The relationship

  • Sell the service to your existing clients and cold pipeline
  • Own the pricing (you set the retainer, we quote you cost-of-goods)
  • Handle positive replies, book meetings, deliver the actual marketing engagement afterwards
  • Brand everything as Summit Edge (custom domains, sender addresses, dashboards)
  • Add signal-based outbound to your existing services menu

Optional visibility: if you want us named as an infrastructure partner (some agencies prefer to co-brand for credibility), we can do that too. Default is invisible.

03

Pick your beachhead vertical.

This is the pivotal decision, and it happens on our call. A generalist agency emailing “all small businesses” runs the weakest possible outbound. The same message that works for a dentist is wrong for a roofer. Three reasons:

  • Signals differ by vertical. A new bar admission means nothing to an HVAC company.
  • Proof compounds only within a vertical. “We grew three Oklahoma dental practices” only lands on dentists.
  • Findability sources differ. Contractor licenses vs. state bar rolls vs. health-facility registrations.

Candidate beachheads (high lifetime value, local, marketing-hungry):

Front-runner

Legal

Personal injury, family law, estate, criminal defense firms. High LTV, hungry for lead-gen, “cases” language on your site already fits.

Front-runner

Healthcare

Dental, med-spa, cosmetic, primary care practices. High per-patient LTV. Same “cases” framing works.

Candidate

Home services

HVAC, roofing, plumbing, remodeling. Marketing-hungry, trades-heavy, phone works well as a channel.

Candidate

Auto, fitness, other local high-ticket

Auto dealers, gyms, other local SMBs with high per-customer value and visible marketing gaps.

Recommendation: start with one or two, prove the motion, then widen.

04

The signal library.

Three groups. Findability is the moat, so the source column matters as much as the signal. Tier 1 = findable, in-market, and mapped to a Summit Edge service.

Group A

05

Start here: the Tier 1 combo.

Inside the chosen vertical and the OKC metro, we build the list where Group A meets Group B:

  1. Vertical businesses with an outdated, slow, or missing website (real PageSpeed / mobile score in hand).
  2. Plus dormant or missing social.
  3. Plus a weak Google Business Profile (few reviews, not in the Map Pack).
  4. Cross-referenced with new registrations, new locations, and new owners in the vertical.

Every account on that list comes with a specific, provable opener and a Summit Edge service that fixes it. That is the whole game.

06

The wedge: the audit as the opener.

For an agency, the cold opener that works is a specific, real mini-teardown tied to the signal, not a claim. Permissionless value: give something useful before asking for anything.

Weak (what everyone sends)

“Hi, I can help improve your SEO. Would you be open to a quick call this week?”

Strong (what we send)

“Your site loads in 8.1s on mobile and you are not in the Google Map Pack for [service] in OKC. Here is a 3-minute teardown of the three things costing you calls.”

The audit is generated from the same public signal data (PageSpeed, GBP, reviews, ads), so it scales. It also proves the transparency positioning before the first call — which is Summit Edge’s actual differentiator, made visible in the opener.

07

The honest guardrail.

This category is saturated. “I looked at your website and it could be better” is the single most spammed cold opener in existence.

SMB owners are numb to it, and much of it comes from low-quality overseas agencies. The bar to break through is high and specific:

  • Real data, not adjectives. A measured score and a named gap, never “your site looks outdated.”
  • Genuine value first. A teardown they could act on even if they never reply.
  • Local trust. Oklahoma, real names, in-person available.
  • Transparency up front, which is Summit Edge’s actual positioning and the antidote to agency distrust.

Without that specificity this motion blends into the spam and fails. With it, the same signals become an unfair advantage.

Bonus differentiator: Summit Edge sells direct mail. Dogfood it. A sharp piece of direct mail to your top prospects is both a channel and a live proof of the service (“this letter is an example of what we would do for you”). That is a differentiator no software-only competitor has.

08

The 4-phase build.

PHASE 0

Lock beachhead + audit engine

Choose 1-2 beachhead verticals on our call. Build the first OKC list. Stand up the automated audit layer (PageSpeed, GBP, social recency, reviews, ad presence). Enrich owner contacts.

PHASE 1

Signal-timed outreach

Multichannel: email, LinkedIn, phone. Audit as opener. Direct-mail proof piece for top accounts (dogfoods your own service). Positive replies routed to Summit Edge same day.

PHASE 2

Growth triggers + expand vertical

Layer growth triggers (new registrations, new owners, funding) and reputation signals. Expand to a second beachhead vertical.

PHASE 3

Widen geography

Prove the local Oklahoma motion. Then widen to out-of-state or nearby metros with the vertical playbook already validated.

09

Commercial terms + next step.

Next step

Pick the beachhead vertical. That decision gates everything. Recommended candidates: legal or healthcare (front-runners given the “cases” language on your site) and one home-services vertical if you have relationships to lean on. Confirm on the call, and we build the first audited Tier 1 OKC list within one week.
